Capabilities

We expect you to have experience in developing and launching web software.

  • You work across the entire web stack with technologies like JavaScript, CSS, React, SQL, AWS
  • You're comfortable collaborating closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers.
  • You are a strong communicator. Explaining complex technical concepts to designers, support, and other engineers is no problem for you.
  • Production, modification, and maintenance of web applications and sites.
  • Ability to bring design compositions to life.
  • You can create tools that enhance how users see and interact with an application.
  • You have high quality standards and desire to assist in QA
  • You have experience building responsive, mobile optimized experiences.
  • You have years of back-end experience and collaborating on APIs
  • You are familiar with CSS, and CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS.
  • Deep knowledge of Javascript and JQuery.
  • Ability to leverage frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap.
  • You can balance idealism with pragmatism.
  • You have experience with testing frameworks.
  • BONUS: iOS and Android experience.
  • BONUS: You have a strong understanding of LEAN Startup principles.
